Global Partners Expands Centre St. Kitchen Concept
WALTHAM, Mass. — Global Partners LP celebrated the grand opening of its newest Alltown Market in Stoughton, Mass., on June 23. Located at 372 Washington St. (Route 138) at Central Street, the store features the first Centre St. Kitchen concept in the Bay State and the second overall.
"We are thrilled to open our newest Alltown Market and serve Stoughton and the surrounding community," said Global Partners President and CEO Eric Slifka. "We have an exciting new concept and store design that significantly raises the bar for our company. As well, our store associates are excited to match our design with outstanding customer service."
The first Centre St. Kitchen debuted inside an Alltown Market that opened in 2015. This new location builds on the success of the first with multiple additions:
- Fresh, made-to-order sandwiches
- Customizable pizza by the slice
- Touchscreen kiosk ordering
- Expanded seating and stand-up counter
- Free WiFi and charging stations
"This Centre St. Kitchen is a fantastic evolution of our concept, spot-on with several consumer and industry trends such as customization, kiosk ordering and fresh ingredients," Slifka said. "Our mission is to bring unsurpassed quality and service for consumers looking for fresh, on-the-go food options in the Stoughton area and beyond."
The new Alltown Market also offers indoor seating, operates 24 hours a day, includes 10 Mobil-branded gasoline fueling positions, and has a Dunkin' Donuts with a drive-thru.
A grand-opening celebration will continue through June 26. Free product sampling, prizes and giveaways will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Specials and promotions at the Centre St. Kitchen and on popular brands throughout the store will also be available.
