Global Partners Cooks Up New Centre St. Kitchen Stores
WALTHAM, Mass. — Global Partners LP is growing its Centre St. Kitchen concept, including the first in Connecticut.
The Waltham-based company opened its first Centre St. Kitchen foodservice program in the Nutmeg State as part of its newest Alltown Market in Middlebury, Conn.
The convenience store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The location offers Shell gasoline and Global diesel fuel operation on the forecourt. It also brings 10 full-time jobs, and 12 part-time jobs to the area.

Global Partners also opened a new Alltown Market location featuring a Centre St. Kitchen in Peterborough, N.H.
The Middlebury and Peterborough stores bring the number of new concept Alltown Markets open to four, following the launch of stores in Orono, Maine, and Stoughton, Mass.
The Middlebury Alltown Market opened in Dec. 7, and the Peterborough location welcomed its first customers on Nov. 14.
According to the company, the new Alltown Markets "elevate the convenience experience with an inviting store design and an assortment that makes it easy for consumers to find everything they need, including fresh and healthy options on-the-go."
Centre St. Kitchen, the cornerstone of Alltown Market, offers handmade, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options created on-site with fresh premium ingredients, including:
- Made-to-order artisan sandwiches, wraps and subs
- Customizable pizza by the slice and by the pie
- Build-your-own breakfast sandwiches, sides and oatmeal all day
- Homestyle meals including homemade mac & cheese
- Snack options including chicken wings, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks
- Custom blended coffee shipped direct from roaster to store
- Coffee and tea creations like cold brew iced coffee, espresso and fresh brewed iced tea
- Easy touchscreen kiosk ordering
Global Partners LP Centre St. Kitchen features café tables, a stand-up counter, free WiFi and charging stations. The kitchen is open Monday through Saturday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.
