Line expands with new Banana Flambé and Creamy Limoncello flavors.
Dannon YoCream is expanding its line of soft-serve gelato frozen dairy desserts with the addition of Banana Flambé and Creamy Limoncello flavors. Dannon YoCream gelato has a dense texture and 7-percent butterfat, making it three times as creamy as low-fat frozen yogurt options, according to the company. Foodservice operators are encouraged to serve it through standard froyo equipment or to mix and match flavor placements to create new combinations for customers. Other varieties in the line are Hazelnut, Pistachio and Chocolate.
