Clean Label Premium Beef Taco Filling
JTM product is free of allergens, gluten, caramel coloring and cornstarch.
JTM Food Group expanded its line of "clean label" products to include a new Premium Beef Taco Filling. The filling is allergen- and gluten-free, as well as free of caramel color and cornstarch, according to the company. To develop the product, JTM’s research and development team utilized ingredients such as isolated plum fiber, which is used in place of caramel coloring, and citrus flour, which helps enhance the flavor and takes the place of corn syrup and gum acai.
