Cape Cod Potato Chips Wavy Cut

With the celebration of its 26th anniversary, Cape Cod Potato Chips has re-launched a new style of potato chips -- the Wavy Cut. The wavy kettle cooked chips, made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives, were first introduced in 1999 under the "Waves" name but were discontinued. When the company recently sent out a New Snack Ideas survey to customers, the wavy cut style of chip was overwhelmingly desired by consumers. The dippable chips are made with canola oil -- the oil that has the lowest saturated fat content of all vegetable oils. Wavy Cut chips are available in 8.5-ounce bags and retails for $2.99. It will also be made in half-ounce snack size bags and will be used at various sampling events.
