Bosselman to Open Quaker Steak & Lube Restaurants

SHARON, Pa. – Bosselman Food Services Inc. and casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube signed an area development agreement to open two locations in Nebraska and one in Iowa, with plans to open one new restaurant per year for the next three years. This marks the restaurant brand's entrance into Nebraska.

"We look forward to the opening of our first restaurant next year, and are excited for a great future with Quaker Steak & Lube. "

Bosselman Food Services also has identified the areas of North Platte, Lincoln, Grand Island-Hastings-Kearney and Omaha, Neb., along with Des Moines, Iowa, as potential development sites for Quaker Steak & Lube restaurants.

"We are projecting a record-breaking 2014 for the Quaker Steak & Lube brand, and this agreement with Bosselman Food Services Inc. further validates our growth and national expansion," said Quaker Steak & Lube President and CEO John Longstreet. Quaker Steak & Lube features award-winning buffalo wings and more than 25 sauces paired with décor themed around race cars, motorcycles, Corvettes and gas station memorabilia at 60-plus locations in 20 states and Canada.

The Bosselman Cos. owns and operates 50 Pump & Pantry convenience stores along with other brands and franchises, including motels, restaurants, travel centers and food courts.
