Vita500, Asia’s No. 1-selling vitamin drink, has arrived in the United States through a partnership with New England Beverage Co. Vita500 is a ready-to-drink vitamin beverage that contains 500 milligrams of vitamin C at just 50 calories per bottle. Vita500 also contains 100 percent of the recommended daily value of riboflavin to support carbohydrate, protein and fat breakdown; 25 percent of the recommended daily value of niacin to help increase “good” HDL cholesterol; and 25 percent of the daily recommended value of vitamin B6 to support healthy neurotransmission, according to the maker. The drink does not contain caffeine, taurine, artificial colors or preservatives like traditional energy drinks on the market.
