TravelCenters of America LLC Revamps Connecticut Location
WESTLAKE, Ohio -- After extensive remodeling, TravelCenters of America LLC reopened has its Southington, Conn., location with a focus on meeting consumer demand.
Among amenities at the location off Interstate 84 at exit 28 are new rest rooms, a new game room and a comfortable lounge for watching television. Along with walk-in coolers, the travel center features the branded TA Cafe Express coffee bar. Its County Pride restaurant has been upgraded and now seats 140 patrons.
Travelers with a taste for quick-serve items can visit the upgraded food court with 89 seats and features Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, and a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Express combination.
Along with its 145 guest parking spaces, the Southington location services professional drivers with a three-bay heavy truck ServicePoint repair facility.
