Pilot Lands New Store in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Pilot Travel Centers recently unveiled its new 7,284-square-foot facility in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., featuring eight fuel islands, an auto diesel island, a restaurant and other convenience items.

"We expect that this brand new food and fuel stop will meet the travel and business needs of our customers and the community," said Jimmy Haslam, president and CEO of Pilot Travel Centers.

The new location includes a Bojangles’ restaurant, lottery and lotto games including Power Ball, and an expanded grill area/deli featuring Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs.

"We believe our familiar Pilot sign will be a welcome sight for residents and travelers," said Anthony Rainwater, general manager for the Pigeon Forge location. "Our drink bar features fountain drinks, Icee frozen drinks and seven varieties of gourmet coffees, including Pilot’s house coffee, which was recently named the ‘Best Coffee on the Interstate’ by the readers of Truckers News."

The Pigeon Forge location will be giving away several TVs throughout the next few weeks on lottery "second chance" drawings. Specials through the end of the month include two 12-packs of Coca-Cola for $7, and Autumn Grain bread for $1.29 per loaf.
