Manitowoc Multiplex CO2 Beverage Dispenser

Manitowoc Foodservice offers a solution for foodservice operators looking to save money while reducing their environmental impact with its new carbon dioxide-based (CO2) beverage system developed within the Multiplex brand. CO2-based Multiplex beverage systems offer beverage dispensing and energy savings performance comparable to existing units, but use CO2 refrigerants instead of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants, according to the company. CO2 is a naturally occurring gas that has no direct global warming or ozone depletion potential, Manitowoc stated. There is also no need for special handling, such as with HFCs.
