Dunkin' Donuts Introduces New Line of Flavored Iced Coffee

Dunkin' Donuts is launching several new taste sensations to its iced coffee line-up, including Blueberry, Coconut, Raspberry, Marshmallow, Caramel, Toasted Almond and Cinnamon. Iced coffee enthusiasts will be given the opportunity to sample Dunkin' Donuts latest flavors in participating stores, and also when the Ice Lounge sampling van tour stops by several cities and towns in America.

According to the National Coffee Association, more than 41 million Americans switch to iced coffee during the spring and summer months. Dunkin' Donuts makes its iced coffee using a double-brewing process, with twice the amount of fresh ground coffee, and then adding ice until the mixture doubles in volume. The result is iced coffee that is never bitter or watered down.

The new iced coffee flavors are unsweetened and available in regular and decaffeinated at participating stores starting May 30th at the recommended prices of small ($1.49), medium ($1.79) and large ($1.99).

The rollout will be supported by the Ice Lounge sampling van tour, which will stop in 30 cities and states on the east coat and westward to Chicago. Outfitted with funky lounge furniture, video games and a live DJ, the tour is designed to be a mobile party, complete with giveaways and samples.

"The Dunkin' Donuts Ice Lounge sampling van tour is bringing the brand directly to young adults, enabling them to experience Dunkin' Donuts great iced beverages at the beach, park and wherever else they are having fun," said John Gilbert, Dunkin' Donuts vice president of marketing. "The unique taste sensation of our new iced coffee flavors makes them the perfect pick-me-up to sample and sip everyday on the go."
