Coronado Brewing Brand Refresh

Updated logo, tagline and packaging will debut through this year.

Now in its 20th year, Coronado Brewing Co. is launching a brand evolution. The craft brewer will debut a cleaner look and feel that embraces its passion for family, friends and creating exceptional and approachable beer, according to the company. A new tagline, “Stay Coastal,” refers to its history in Coronado, Calif., as well as the relaxed state of mind. The Coronado mermaid is slightly updated, and other new elements include the logo, fonts, packaging hierarchy and color scheme. Coronado Brewing will phase in the new packaging this year, debuting cans in March and new seasonal bottles in May. The goal is to complete the transition by the beginning of 2017.
