7-Eleven Gets Healthy

DALLAS – A select number of 7-Eleven stores are picking up on the health and wellness trend by stocking Brooklyn-based DYNATABS, LLC's dietary supplements of the same name.

DYNATABS can be ordered by any of the chain's franchised and company-operated stores in the U.S. and Canada, according to Margaret Chabris, 7-Eleven spokeswoman.

Two varieties of the supplement -- Cravings Resist, made from hoodia gordonii; and Energy Support, made from panax ginseng -- are available at stores.

DYNATABS are vitamin and herbal dietary supplements in fast-dissolving strips for consumers who do not take pills, or those who do not have access to a beverage. Eight varieties of DYNATABS are available -- ginseng with vitamins B6 and B12 energy support; green tea antioxidant support; hoodia gordonii cravings resist; vitamin C immune health support; bromelain and papain digestive assist; white kidney bean carb resist; ginkgo biloba memory support, and aloe vera digestive support. The formulas come in a variety of flavors -- pineapple-banana, kiwi-strawberry, citrus, orange spice, chocolate mint, chamomile, spearmint and peppermint -- that dissolve quickly on the tongue without the need for water, according to the company.
