Using Generation Three (G3) technology and state-of-the-art servers, Curtis ThermoPro Brewing Systems add convenience to gourmet coffee brewing, according to the company. The new ThermoPro G3 digital coffee brewing system brews up to 1.5 gallons of gourmet coffee in high-tech ThermoPro vacuum-insulated and stainless-steel servers. The ThermoPro server offers heat retention and freshness controls and is available in single- and twin-brew head models, the company stated. The line uses Curtis' Universal Control Module, which features color-coded buttons and an LCD display with scroll-through programming, for digital control of the system. Users can choose from pre-programmed recipes for out-of-the-box operation, or fine-tune settings for gourmet options.
