Phillips 66 Inks Interim Headquarters Deal

HOUSTON -- Phillips 66 won't be traveling far for its new interim corporate headquarters.

According to the Houston Business Journal (HBJ), Phillips 66, spun off from ConocoPhillips Inc. on May 1, will be located at Houston's Pinnacle Westchase building.

Janet Grothe, Phillips 66's senior advisor for health, safety and the environment, confirmed the interim location to the news source and said that the company would continue to look for a permanent headquarters. However, she did not reveal any terms of the lease to the news outlet.

HBJ did cite a Jones Long LaSalle report that stated that Phillips 66' Pinnacle Westchase lease spans 209,482 square feet though.

Phillips 66's interim location is just eight miles from ConocoPhillips's headquarters.
