CHARLESTON, S.C. -- PeopleMatter released the Ready Training Online (RTO) app, designed to make training for convenience store employees easier. RTO is now an online app on the PeopleMatter platform, a cloud-based forum for online hiring, training, compliance and scheduling for today's workforce.

Integration of the RTO app into the PeopleMatter platform allows employers to manage all employee training in one place, according to PeopleMatter. Convenience store managers can assign video or avatar-led sessions companywide or by individual, job or location for targeted training. Human resources managers can then run reports to track employee progress and training results.

The RTO app features the Ready-To-Go Learning Library and Career Progression c-store training modules, both accessible via the Internet. The modules provide access to several testing, certification and reporting programs and offer quizzes and exams, on-the-job training, real-time reporting and more.
PeopleMatter will be showcasing the app at booth 3607 at the NACS Show in Atlanta next week.
