Parker's Breaks Ground on Newest Location

SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Parker's recently broke ground on its latest state-of-the-art convenience store in Garden City, Ga. Located at 4219 Augusta Road, the 4,000-square-foot store is Parker's 28th location and is expected to open its doors in November 2012.

Parker's will offer its 1-Cent Wednesday 'Fueling the Community' program at the new location. On the first Wednesday of each month, the company sets aside one cent from every gallon of gasoline purchased to donate to local schools.

The new location will also participate in the company's PumpPal program, which offers discounts of up to 10 cents on every gallon of gas purchased to more than 50,000 program members.

Parker's operates 27 c-stores in South Carolina and southeast Georgia with plans to open new locations in Chatham, Liberty, Effingham, Bulloch, Jasper and Beaufort Counties.
