SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine --Pacific Pride Services LLC, an independent fuel distributor franchisee network, is launching a new Universal Card program that allows fuel marketers to provide their fleet customers with increased acceptance at 180,000 retail sites and 45,000 service merchants nationwide.
The PrideComplete program offers numerous benefits to fuel marketers, including the ability to generate increased revenue with a rebate on all out-of-network spending, while maintaining complete ownership of its customer relationships -- including credit adjudication, billing and customer service, according to the company.
"As an enhancement to our fleet card programs, the new Universal Card offers marketers a more complete fueling solution to bring to their commercial cardlock customers," said Greg D. Iverson, president of Pacific Pride. "It leverages the Wright Express network to provide fleets with the local service and cardlock advantages they are searching for, in addition to the convenience of nationwide card acceptance, which also increases their cost savings."
The program's online capabilities give fuel marketers the tools to service and manage customer accounts. They can open up access and let customers manage it themselves as well. Additionally, through the self-serve Pacific Pride Marketing Portal, fuel marketers have access to customizable sales and marketing materials.
