Kraft Foodservice is getting a little nutty with the introduction of Nutter Butter In-Fusions, a sweet, creamy way to add peanut butter flavor and a crisp cookie crunch to ice cream shakes and frozen treats, the company stated. Operators can add Nutter Butter In-Fusions to traditional treats for added peanut butter taste and a crunchy texture, or combine the product with other flavors such as chocolate and strawberry for a customized treat, according to the company. Other uses include an ingredient in ice cream cakes, shakes, pies, cup cakes, sundaes and splits. Nutter Butter In-Fusions comes in a 19 pound refrigerated pail, boasting a six month shelf life. It can also be left un-refrigerated for up to 12 hours without compromising flavor or texture, and can be re-refrigerated with no damage to flavor or texture, according to the company.
