Non-skid Cutting Boards

C & K Products, a division of Tomlinson Ind., tacked on another foodservice equipment offering in its non-skid cutting board line. Rubber feet hold the boards in place, and are removable and dishwasher safe, according to the company. The boards themselves are made of non-absorbent, high-density extruded polyethylene, and are NSF listed, the company stated. In addition, the boards are heat resistant to 185 degrees. The Chef’s Edge Gold Series cutting board line is a premium commercial cutting board available with or without feet and juice groove. It is available in the standard 12- by 18- by one-half-inch size.
