    United Pacific Selects Reflexis Labor & Store Solutions

    Looks to optimize workforce management.

    DEDHAM, Mass. — United Pacific has partnered with Reflexis cloud solutions as the convenience store operator looks to optimize task execution and workforce management across all of its 320 company-operated stores.

    Los Angeles-based United Pacific places an emphasis on empowering their store associates to provide the “I Got It” customer service. The c-store operator believes that in choosing Reflexis solutions, they will be able to continue to make good on their customer service aims, the company stated.

    “United Pacific’s rapid growth trajectory left us with several disparate systems for scheduling our associates,” said Doug Hecker, vice president of operations and marketing at United Pacific. “We chose Reflexis solutions because of their proven track record in helping companies grow and excel in today’s retail environment.”
