    Circle K & PepsiCo Promo Creates an 'Inner Circle'

    Customers can earn points toward rewards like gift cards, branded merchandise.

    TEMPE, Ariz. — Circle K Stores Inc. has teamed up PepsiCo’s Mountain Dew and Doritos brands for a sweepstakes and promotion that rewards shoppers for purchasing the brands’ products.

    From Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, Circle K shoppers earn “Dew Inner Circle” points by scanning a barcode found within the convenience store retailer’s mobile app when purchasing a Mountain Dew or Doritos SKU. Shoppers earn up to 10 points on each SKU purchased, including 10 points for a Mountain Dew 1-liter bottle and five points for a Doritos 3-ounce bag.

    Points are redeemable for rewards like a $10 store gift card, Mountain Dew-branded barbecue set, a hooded sweatshirt or a digital camera.

    Customers can also use their points to enter the “Dew Tour Flyaway” sweepstakes, which rewards two grand-prize trips to the 2017 Dew Tour event held from June 15-18 in Long Beach, Calif. Entry is open now through May 15.

    The promotion, as well as a special combo price, is advertised in-store through price signs, wobblers and cooler clings.
