KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Pilot Flying J and McLane Co. Inc. extended their existing multi-year service agreement. McLane will continue to serve all 530 Pilot Flying J travel centers within the retailer's 42-state footprint.

"Pilot Flying J's commitment to superior customer service, teammate connection and long-term relationships provide an extraordinary chemistry between our organizations and serves as the foundation for future development and growth."
McLane's ability to service all of Pilot's stores was a factor in the decision to extend the agreement, according to Laura Palenkas, Pilot Flying J's vice president of marketing and merchandising.
"In addition to consistent service levels, McLane provides customer service and technology offerings that are efficient and effective," Palenkas said. "McLane distributes a wide variety of products for us, including large retail package sizes that accommodate our traveling guests. Plus, they've demonstrated an ability to adapt while supporting our proprietary foodservice offerings."
Knoxville, Tenn.-based Pilot Flying J has more than 650 retail locations, 52 Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service Centers (Wingfoot), and 44 Boss Shops.
