    Rattlers Targets Loyalty With OpenStore

    GAITHERSBURG, Md. – The Rattlers convenience store chain has partnered with OpenStore by GasBuddy to offer special discounts and offers to loyal customers. The marketing platform includes a branded mobile app, individual store webpages, mobile coupons and social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

    "Rattlers convenience stores is extremely excited about launching our new website developed by OpenStore. This new site will give Rattlers the platform needed to fully integrate all available social media, Rattlers Rewards loyalty, mobile applications and communication tools to better stay in touch with our valuable customer base," said Jim Kolkhorst, owner and chief executive of Rattlers. "The future of the convenience retailing industry will be focused on better technology and Rattlers will be ready for it."

    The OpenStore dashboard allows retailers to collect customer feedback, manage social media and deliver mobile coupons and text message campaigns from a single location.
