The No-Go Nozzle

Prevent drive-offs with the No-Go Nozzle, a fuel dispenser nozzle that locks into the customer's filler pipe, and can not be removed until the purchase is paid, according to the manufacturer, McCommons International. A locking pin prevents the nozzle from being removed from the vehicle, and once the gas is paid for, the cashier pushes a switch to release the pin, the company stated. For credit card purchases, the lock is automatically released, according to the company. The patented No-Go nozzle eliminates the need for pre-pay fuel transactions, and will be available through distributors in the fall.
