Michigan C-Stores Go on the Block
CHICAGO -- NRC Realty Advisors is coordinating the sealed-bid sale of seven convenience stores with gasoline located throughout Michigan.
Of the seven sites, six are being sold with real estate and one will be sold for business and improvements only. Currently, two sites (Alma and Ithaca) are being sold branded as Marathon and the remaining five sites (Alma, Chesaning, Alpena (2) and Edmore) will be sold privately branded. All sites will be sold with a five-year transportation agreement and optional supply with seller. The locations will be sold through a sealed bid sale in a "buy one, some or all" format with bids due on Thurs., Nov. 3.
NRC has prepared a color sales brochure and individual property specific packages for each property, which contain store-level information and bidding terms of sale. Packets are $35 for a hard copy and $25 for a CD-ROM.
