MFA Oil Co. to Return $11 Million to Members

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- At MFA Oil Co.'s 78th annual meeting, the company's chairman of the board, Benny Farrell, announced the company will return cash payments of more than $11 million to its members this year, the California Democrat reported.

Approximately 650 delegates, guests and employees of the company gathered at the meeting, according to the report. MFA Oil Co. operates the Break Time convenience chain, located in Missouri and Arkansas, through a subsidiary.

In addition, company president Jerry Taylor reported the annual estimated sales of more than $850 million.

MFA Oil Co., a farmer-owned cooperative, has more than 37,000 members, which supply fuels, lubricants, propane and tires to customers in Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kansas and Iowa, the report stated.
