Magness Oil Acquires Six Tiger Mart Locations

GASSVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas-based convenience store operator Magness Oil Co. is expanding through the purchase of six sites with Exxon distribution from Tiger Mart.

All of the stores were doing high-volume sales, and were leased to the dealers simultaneously, according to Nasir Movania, president of Station Sales and More Inc., formerly known as Fine Investments Inc., which brokered the transaction.

Established in 1960 by founder J.W. Magness, Magness Oil operates and leases more than 40 Snappy Mart and On the Run convenience stores serving the retail gasoline needs of consumers, according to its website. The company is also a fuel supplier of gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel products to businesses in Arkansas and the surrounding states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
