Love's Upgrades Connect Mobile App

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores added several new features to its Love's Connect mobile application (app), which is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry smartphones.

The upgraded Love's Connect app now provides professional truck drivers with My Love Rewards loyalty point balances within minutes of their last purchase. The app also shows a driver's remaining diesel gallons needed to obtain platinum reward status, which includes free showers and drink refills inside Love's convenience stores.

In addition, the revamped app also provides drivers with a route planning tool and a professional driver mode to separate travel stop locations with diesel fuel from smaller country store locations.

"At Love's, our No. 1 focus is to listen to drivers and help make their lives on the road more rewarding," said Dave Frankenfield, director of marketing for Love's. "The latest Love's Connect app gives professional drivers more of what they ask for: easier access to My Love Rewards point balances and better placement of the info they need on the go: locations and routes, fuel pricing and station codes for billing reference."

The convenience store and travel stop chain first debuted Love's Connect in June 2011. Other enhancements included with the new app, released yesterday, are roadside assistance calling, fuel and diesel exhaust fluid pricing by stores, location amenities, restaurant offerings and optional deal alerts sent directly to a driver's smartphone.

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores has more than 290 locations in 39 states.
