Love's Raises Money For Children's Miracle Network

LAMAR, Colo. -- Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores in Lamar, Colo., raised $6,679 for Children's Miracle Network (CMN), which supports children's hospitals across the country, through in-store fundraisers during the month of September, reported the Lamar Daily News. The money will be donated to the Children's Hospital Foundation in Denver.

Including Lamar, all of the Love's locations raised $217,315 for CMN.

"I am appreciative of our customers and proud of the hard work of George Harper, Wesley Aldrich and their teams in the CMN campaign," said Greg Love, co-president of Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. "Through them and others like them we are able to help children's hospitals in our areas."

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is a chain of travel stops and convenience stores in 24 states. Founded in 1964 by Tom Love, it remains family owned. Love's has been a CMN sponsor for five years.
