Love's Adds Instant Roadside Assistance to Mobile App

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores upgraded its Love's Connect application (app) to now allow professional drivers to instantly contact the travel stop chain's dispatch service. With the touch of a button on their mobile phone, professional drivers can receive roadside assistance when encountering problems on the road.

Love's also upgraded its app by adding DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) pricing, and by listing the total number of parking spots for every location on that store's page.

"Our customers let us know which features they want to see on the Love's Connect app, and we [listened]. Our roadside assistance team is ready to roll when drivers contact us instantly through the app," said Dave Frankenfield, director of marketing for Love's.

He added that parking and DEF pricing are always on top of mind when it comes to professional drivers. "We've also made our Love's location search quicker with this upgrade," Frankenfield said. "We are pleased to provide these upgrades and look forward to continuing the close relationship with our customers."

The original Love's Connect app launched in June.

Love's operates more than 280 locations in 39 states.
