Late July Organic Snacks

The founders of Cape Cod Potato Chips and Chatam Village Foods, Inc. have combined the benefits of both organic and traditional comfort foods with a line of organic snacks called Late July Organic Snacks. The new venture takes traditional favorites and made them organic and trans-fat free. Its initial products are organic cheddar cheese crackers, saltines and rich crackers made without trans-fats, hydrogenated oils, preservatives and artificial flavors and colors. All crackers are made with organic red winter wheat and organic palm oil. Packages offered are 6-ounce boxes for $2.99, and bite size snack packs of six 1-ounce bags for $3.69.
