Kwik Trip Selects Marshfield Food Safety for Testing

LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Kwik Trip Inc., operator of 330 convenience stores under the Kwik Trip and Kwik Star banner, selected Marshfield Clinic's Marshfield Food Safety LLC to provide food testing services, Marshfield Clinic stated.

"Marshfield Clinic's lab was chosen to help us conduct food safety testing for Kwik Trip because of their experience in the food safety industry," Don Zietlow, president of Kwik Trip, said in a statement. "They understand the kind of testing that needs to be done to detect food borne illnesses that would affect the quality of our food at Kwik Trip. Our partnership with Marshfield Clinic shows our commitment to food safety, and is one more way we are taking care of our customers."

Marshfield Food Safety is owned and operated by the human health care facility, Marshfield Clinic, providing an opportunity to quickly discover of human health related issues and help improve public health, the company stated.
