CINCINNATI -- KSS Retail, a dunnhumby company, has developed a tiered Advisory Services program to enhance its existing service platform. Under the program, the company will provide specialized, one-on-one, senior-level consultation with the goal of optimizing its retail customers' investments and achieve key strategic objectives.
The KSS Retail Advisory Services program can be customized per client and includes the option to become a member of its Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The CAB gives KSS clients the opportunity to provide direct input and influence the future of its product offerings like PriceStrat Optimization Solution, KSS' proprietary tool that enables customers to optimize pricing by shopper segment.
KSS Retail Advisory Services is highly strategic and seeks to move beyond tactical implementation, the company stated.

Our Advisory Services approach begins with detailed analysis, strategic recommendations and key metrics, working to ensure continuous improvement for pricing and promotion optimization," said Andy Kalamaras, senior vice president of sales and professional services.
