FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- KSS Inc. is expanding its sales organization on the back of recent sales success and strong indicators of growing demand for KSS products and services, the company reported.
"We're experiencing increased interest in our products and services and finding organizations more willing to invest in pricing initiatives as a means to significantly enhance their profitability and generate much needed short-term cash," Bob Stein, president and CEO of KSS Inc. said in a released statement.
Rick Bilberry will lead the sales team as the global vice president of sales, responsible for commercial strategy and the day-to-day management of the KSS sales teams operating out of the US and European offices. He brings extensive industry knowledge, a very successful track record of managing profitable revenue growth and experience of major global markets across Europe and North America, most recently at Aspentech, according to the company.
Additionally, Jon Hayward joins the European sales team with specific responsibility for Western European territories. He comes to KSS from OpenText, where he successfully managed relationships with clients in the oil & gas and retail sectors, among others.
"Expanding our commercial team is a natural response to this increased demand, and I'm delighted to welcome Rick and Jon, two high caliber professionals to the KSS team," said Stein.
