Johnsonville Heat-and-Eat Sandwiches

Johnsonville sausages have a new home inside of the new heat-and-eat sandwiches from the company. The individually wrapped sandwiches are frozen to lock in freshness, the company stated in a release, and can go from refrigerator case to microwave and ready-to-eat in 75 seconds, the company reported. They can also be merchandised directly from a point-of-sale warmer where they will maintain quality for up to four hours. The sandwiches come in Southwestern style, Spicy Sunrise, Sweet & Smokey, Smoke Bratwurst and Smokey Cheddar Sausage.
