CROSSLANES, W.V. – Three years ago, West Virginia convenience store chain One Stop debuted a new image and store design at one of its more than 40 locations throughout the state. By the beginning of 2012, a third location featuring this new image opened in Crosslanes, W.V., expanding the existing store there from a 1,200-square-foot island marketer set in between fuel pumps, to a 3,100-square-foot standalone location.
Today, the Crosslanes location has been revamped inside and out, starting with a more neutral color scheme that combines dark brown, beige and taupe, with red, yellow and blue accents. New decals call out the 12 cooler doors lining one wall of the store, and the newly added walk-in beer cave. Other new products and services offered at the location include the addition of foodservice, with made-to-order roller grills and an open-air sandwich case; a larger coffee section; more cooler doors; more dispensed beverage options, including f’real milkshakes; and more snacks.
