    Inside Best Sky’s the Limit Remodel Winner, Aloha Island Mart

    This store is part of a five-year, $20M journey to refresh and rebrand.

    HONOLULU -- In January 2011, Aloha Petroleum Ltd embarked on a five-year, $20-million-plus journey to refresh and rebrand its Aloha Island Mart convenience store chain. The effort began with the demolition and ground-up rebuild of its Kahala, Hawaii, store, which now serves as the company’s flagship store and prototype. The design draws upon Aloha’s Hawaiian roots.
