NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Duane Reade’s 40 Wall Street store in Manhattan has a definite flair for foodservice. Its “up market” concept features grab-and-go sandwiches and salads in open-air cases, with an expanded natural and organic section for health-conscious customers. An “up market: juice station” offers freshly made specialty themed smoothies, while the “up market: sushi” section serves up a full chef-prepared sushi menu daily.
