Veeder-Root Acquires Catlow

SIMSBURY, Conn. -- Veeder-Root acquired Catlow Inc., a manufacturer of petroleum dispensing equipment, including a broad range of nozzles, swivels, breakaways and other hanging hardware components. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Tipp City, Ohio-based Catlow has provided hanging hardware products to several industries for the past 35 years.

Catlow will continue to operate from Tipp City.
