GREENVILLE, S.C. — Spinx has teamed up with Kronos Inc.'s human capital management platform to address its human resources needs, as well as accommodate the company's growth.
In addition to streamlining business practices, the new human capital management system will help employees feel more empowered and engaged by using the self-service features provided by Kronos, including the ability to check their schedules, review earnings, request time off, and sign up for benefits at any time, according to the retailer.
"We view Kronos as a strategic investment. We needed a world-class solution to help empower our employees to offer superior customer service. Kronos also helps us make more informed business decisions with real-time data and advanced reporting," said Cheryl Szczesniak, executive vice president of training and recruiting at Spinx.
"Ultimately, we needed a vendor that could align with our mission of making lives easier for employees and customers so it can deliver what we need. Kronos fits the bill perfectly," she added.
The Kronos solution will eliminate previously used systems. Kronos will also help Spinx improve operational efficiencies and workforce productivity by reducing the burden of handling excessive paperwork, the retailer added.
Greenville-based Spinx operates more than 80 convenience stores.
