Paytronix Campaign Center Enhancements

Upgrades include new Pay at the Table, scoring and survey tools.

Paytronix has enhanced the capabilities of its Campaign Center to allow retailers and restaurants using its platform to more closely align their businesses with guest preferences. Unveiled in July 2015, the Paytronix Campaign Center is an enhancement to the Paytronix Rewards Platform that enables marketers to determine the effectiveness of their loyalty campaigns in five minutes or less. Newly added features include: 

  • Pay at the Table: With enhanced campaign tools, the service allows customers to redeem rewards, leave a tip, pay the check and exit a restaurant on their own schedule.
  • Filter User Interface: A newly designed account filter user interface features 52 dimensions, including demographic information, guest behavior and predictive analytics. This enables retailers to create motivators for customers.
  • Scoring: By blending data to indicate the likelihood a customer is to present a specific behavior or attitude, Paytronix’s new scoring tool predicts future customer behavior and helps marketers reach customers through highly targeted, relevant communications.
  • Survey: With a new tool set that brings customer data to marketers more quickly, Paytronix’s survey function enables marketers to gather preferences directly from customers, quickly respond to customer comments and adjust their offerings accordingly.
