The Pantry, Quick Chek Select Reflexis Workforce Management

DEDHAM, Mass. -- The Pantry, one of the largest independently operated convenience chains in the U.S., selected the entire Reflexis store operations suite of labor scheduling, time and attendance, task management/KPI, and compliance/audit solutions. The Pantry will implement the Reflexis suite in more than 1,600 stores in all formats and banners, including its primary operating banner Kangaroo Express, according to a news release from the technology supplier.

"We selected Reflexis due to the company's track record of rapid and successful implementations for retailers that have multiple operating banners, store sizes and formats," Paul Lemerise, senior vice president and CIO at The Pantry, said in a statement. "After a thorough analysis that included extensive head-to-head comparisons of the leading solutions in the industry, we are convinced that Reflexis is the best choice to align our workforce's schedules and activities with our retail strategy, while supporting our company's growth."

In related news, New York metro convenience store chain, Quick Chek, selected Reflexis workforce management solutions after detailed product demonstrations and discussions with other retailers. Reflexis will be implemented in all of Quick Chek's 120-plus stores.
