Wayne Fueling Systems’ NAMOS point-of-sale (POS) system now has the capability to process EMV transactions for fuel retailers through First Data’s network. The NAMOS POS system is a combination of the newer NAMOS software, Diebold Nixdorf BEETLE POS hardware, and the Wayne Fusion 6000 forecourt system with an EMV certified electronic payment server. The NAMOS POS system will replace the Nucleus POS system for EMV and help reduce retailers’ payments liability for fraudulent transactions and chances of chargebacks in the United States, Wayne stated.
