Ernie's Stores Embrace Digital Marketing

GEORGE, Utah – Ernie's Stores of Utah and OpenStore by GasBuddy are partnering to reward customers with special discounts. The digital marketing solution will also help the convenience store retailer, which caters to independent drivers and operators, drive in-store sales.

Ernie's Stores can now use OpenStore to reach drivers through a branded mobile app, individual store web pages, mobile coupons, and social media that includes Facebook and Twitter, according to the announcement.

Established in 2000 with the purchase of the Beaver Car & Truck Stop and a vision to be a home away from home for America's professional truck drivers, Ernie's Stores later expanded into the retail gasoline industry with c-store offerings that cater to all drivers.
