CSNews Snap & Show Returns for NACS Show 2014

LAS VEGAS — The Convenience Store News Snap & Show, the first interactive digital experience of the NACS Show that is powered by show attendees, will go live once again for this year's trade show.

NACS Show 2014 will take place Oct. 7-10 in Las Vegas.

Introduced at last year’s NACS Show in Atlanta, the CSNews Snap & Show website attracted more than 4,000 visitors who viewed more than 4,000 pages of photos and tweets during the first week the site went live. During the week of the show, users spent an average of nearly two minutes on the site during each visit, and nearly 500 images were added to the site during the show.

HOW SNAP & SHOW WORKS

Free to use and browse, the website at www.csnews.com/snap aggregates Instagram photos and Twitter tweets taken at the NACS Show, and displays them in real time on an interactive photo feed for the entire web to see.

Working seamlessly with an Instagram or Twitter account, all users need to do to take part in CSNews Snap & Show is tag their photos and tweets with the hashtag #NACSShow.

For Instagram:

  • Download Instagram to your smartphone or tablet free from the App Store or Google Play market.  
  • Create a free account.
  • Use the Instagram app to snap a photo or choose one from your device.
  • Share your photo on Instagram using the hashtag #NACSShow in the caption.
  • You can also sign in to CSNews Snap & Show using your Instagram account to comment, like and share other attendees’ photos from the show.

For Twitter:

  • Download Twitter to your smartphone or tablet free from the App Store or Google Play market.
  • Create a free account.
  • Share your NACS Show experience through tweets using the hashtag #NACSShow in your text.
  • View your tweets and other NACS Show tweets on CSNews Snap & Show.
