Gas Station TV & SITO Mobile Partnership

Cross-screen platform extends messages to consumers’ mobile phones.

SITO Mobile Ltd., a mobile engagement platform provider, and Gas Station TV (GSTV) partnered to launch a cross-screen platform that extends gas station media messages to consumers’ mobile phones. By leveraging SITO Mobile’s location-based platform, the partnership creates an integrated, dual-screen media model that can identify and re-target consumers and measure cross-screen effectiveness, the companies said. The combination re-targets customers who are initially watching GSTV at the pump with relevant location-based ads on their mobile devices, and then follows future user behavior for measurement, attribution and re-targeting.
