ARVADA, Colo.--Mark VII Equipment LLC, a touch-free and friction carwash systems company, hired Ed Stellner, a veteran of the convenience store industry, as midwest region director.

"We’re thrilled to have Ed on the Mark VII team," said Dave Smith, president and CEO of Mark VII. "He brings to us 16 years of management experience with one of the best-run companies anywhere. Nobody understands the unique challenges of a multi-site c-store carwash operator better than Ed."

During his tenure at Kwik Trip, Stellner was part of a team that was responsible for getting the company into the carwash business and guiding its steady growth over the past decade.

"I developed a reputation for being tough on vendors while I was at Kwik Trip and Mark VII was no exception," Stellner said. "But the Mark VII team impressed me with its ability to keep pace with us in a true partnership relationship. Because of its great culture, joining Mark VII was an easy decision and a great fit."
