PDI Boosts Services Platform With Intellifuel Systems Acquisition

TEMPLE, Texas — Enterprise-class automation software systems provider PDI completed the acquisition of Intellifuel Systems Inc., manufacturer of fuel management and logistics solutions for downstream and midstream participants in the fuel supply chain. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Intellifuel provides solutions across the fuel supply chain market. Specifically for convenience store retailers, the company helps petroleum marketers automate the entire order life cycle.
