Love's Travel Stops Continues Growth With Chester's

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Love's Travel Stops continues to grow through its partnership with Chester's International, opening its newest location in Bennett, Colo., Chester's announced. Brand mascot Chester the Chicken attended a special grand-opening event held Thursday, Sept. 15.

Love's was the first Chester's franchisee and remains the company's largest franchise operator, with more than 50 Chester's and Chester Fried locations at its travel plazas across the United States.

The newest Chester's offers free Internet access, dine-in seating and a game room, along with various foodservice options. It is co-branded with McDonald's and also provides take-out and catering options.

Chester's began in 1952 by opening the Hol-In-One Donut business, which later began offering fried chicken and became a franchise in 2002.
